Terms of Service

Below are my TOS. By buying my art you agree to them. Please Read!If you break any of these rules, you will be put on my blacklist

-Always credit celesteskies @TH for art/design/colour/lines
- I have the right to refuse an order for any reason (wouldn't happen much)
-Complex characters (galaxy, merle, brindle etc.) are +1FPP (ask if unsure)
-Please allow around 1 month for completion though it should be done much sooner
-Send the form and payment to #1664443 on Furry Paws
-I will only accept payment when you are satisfied

Design Rules:
-Do not claim as your own
-Always credit celesteskies @ TH for design
-Characters can be resold, traded, and gifted but please let me know where they end up
-Breeding and revamping are alllowed
-Don't resell for more than you bought for unless more art is added
-Design cannot be sold for USD unless you get special permission from me
-Design can be sold for FPP, FPD, art, characters
-If selling for other virtual currency, please contact me

Colouring started: 50% refund
Colouring finished: 25% refund
Accessories/other details started: no refund
