Terms of Service
Below are my TOS. By buying my art you agree to them. Please Read!
-Always credit celesteskies @TH for art/design/colour/lines
- I have the right to refuse an order for any reason (wouldn't happen much)
-Complex characters (galaxy, merle, brindle etc.) are +1FPP
-Please allow around 1 month for completion though it should be done much sooner
-After sending form below, please PM me at #1664443 on Furry Paws with the payment
-I will only accept payment when you are satisfied
Design Rules:
-Always credit celesteskies @ TH for design
-Characters can be resold, traded, and gifted but please let me know where they end up
-Fell free to breed but let me know for I'd love to see the pups :D
-If you revamp, let me know for I'd like to see what they look like :)
-Don't resell for more than you bought for unless more art is added
-Do not claim as your own
-Design cannot be sold for USD
-Design can be sold for FPP, FPD, art, characters
-If selling for other virtual currency, please contact me
Litter Pup Rules:

Refunds:
If I need to cancel the order, you get all FPP backIf you cancel the order you will get FPP back based on the following:Order not started: Full refund
Lines started/finished: Full refund except for 1 FPP
Colouring started: 50% refund
Colouring finished: no refund
Accessories/other detail started: no refund

-Closed species
-Animals with wings, horns, etc.
